2D Single-Use Bioprocessing Bags — 150 mL to 50 L | GMP-Compatible
2D bioprocessing bags are flat, pillow-shaped single-use containers designed for the sterile preparation, mixing, storage, and transport of cell culture media, buffers, and intermediate products. The flat geometry creates excellent surface area for mixing when placed on orbital shakers or rocking platforms, making 2D bags the workhorse of upstream bioprocessing.
SeamlessBio 2D bags are engineered as drop-in replacements for Sartorius Flexboy® and Thermo Fisher ASI™ systems — compatible with existing holders and sensors. All bags are manufactured from USP Class VI certified polyethylene film, gamma sterilised to ≥25 kGy, and supplied with full GMP documentation.
