Bioprocess Container Systems for Single-Use Bags
Portable stainless steel and plastic containers for bioprocessing. 200L, 500L and 1000L capacity. With or without integrated load cells. Compatible with all single-use bags. Made in Germany.
Professional Container Systems for Your Bioprocesses
Our Bioprocess Container Systems provide the perfect solution for transport, storage, and handling of single-use bags in biopharmaceutical production. Available in stainless steel (304/316) and plastic (HDPE), with capacities of 200 liters, 500 liters, and 1000 liters.
Each container can be equipped with integrated load cells (pallet scales) enabling precise weight measurements from 2-1000 kg. The containers are cleanroom compatible, mobile on casters, and compatible with single-use bags from all leading manufacturers.
Why Container Systems vs Fixed Tanks?
- Mobility: Transport between production areas, buildings, sites
- Flexibility: Quick changeover between different products without cleaning
- Space-saving: Stackable when empty, efficient space utilization
- Cost-effective: No installation, no CIP/SIP systems required
- Quality control: Integrated scales for precise weight measurement
- Safety: Closed systems reduce contamination risk
